QIGONG in the garden of HAUS RABE

Every Saturday from 8:30 to 09:30 am and from 09:45 to 10:45 am Qigong takes place at Haus Rabe Garten. Qigong belongs to the 5 pillars of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). The exercises developed among others in the Buddhist monasteries in China and were used for health care. Qigong is the balm for mind, soul and body.
