From 29.07.23 Qigong will take place
every Saturday from 9:00 to 10:00 in Haus Rabe Garden. Qigong belongs to the 5 pillars of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). The exercises developed among others in the Buddhist monasteries in China and were used for health care. Qigong is the balm for mind, soul and body. What Qigong can help with:
- better body awareness
- improvement of flexibility
- strengthening of the muscular system
- positive effect on the cardiovascular system
- reduction of anxiety and mental stress
- Qigong can also help against fatigue, tiredness and depression.
